Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of joerwatches.com (the "Site") and any purchase of a Joer watch, including the Virasat collection. The Site and the Joer brand are operated by In91d Technology Solutions Private Limited("Joer", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Pre-order and waitlist

Virasat is currently open for waitlist sign-up ahead of its release. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, does not reserve a unit, and does not require any payment. Orders open once a collection is released; these Terms govern any order placed from that point on.

2. Products and pricing

All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Each Virasat edition is produced as a limited run; we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue an edition, or correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Product photography is representative; minor variation in finish is normal for the materials used (leather grain, dial sunray finish).

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if pricing or availability information was incorrect, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Delivery timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Every Virasat watch carries a 1-year warranty covering defects in the movement and functionality, from the date of purchase, and does not cover physical damage, misuse, or water damage beyond the watch's rated 5 ATM resistance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes: to browse, join the waitlist, and place genuine orders. You must not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, scrape or copy its content for commercial reuse, or use it to submit fraudulent order or payment information.

6. Intellectual property

The Joer and Virasat names, logos, dial designs, product photography, and all other content on the Site are owned by In91d Technology Solutions Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our brand names or content beyond viewing the Site for your own personal use.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond the product warranty described above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or ownership of a Joer watch. Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a dispute, please contact us first at helpline@joerwatches.com. We aim to resolve issues informally within 15 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, or, where the value of the claim warrants it, may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, conducted in English.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Site and our catalogue grow. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
