Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

Virasat currently ships across India only. We don't yet support international shipping; if that changes, this page will be updated.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 2–3 business days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link once your watch ships.

3. Delivery timelines

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days for most metro and Tier 1 cities, and up to 10 business days for other locations, depending on courier serviceability in your area.

4. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every Virasat order within India. The price shown at checkout is what you pay, with no separate delivery charge added.

5. Order tracking

The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email will show real-time status through to delivery. If a tracking link stops updating for more than 2 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

6. Delays

Weather, courier disruptions, and remote-area serviceability can occasionally extend the timelines above. We'll email you if we expect your order to be meaningfully delayed.
