Short version:right now, the only data we collect is what you give us to join the Virasat waitlist: your name and email. We don't run any advertising trackers or analytics on this Site, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

Joer is a brand of In91d Technology Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at helpline@joerwatches.com.

2. What we collect today

While Virasat is on waitlist, joining the list through the form on this Site collects only your name and email address, so we can notify you when the collection opens. We don't require an account, a password, or any payment information to join the waitlist.

3. What we'll collect once orders open

Once Virasat is available to purchase, placing an order will additionally require your shipping address, phone number, and payment details. Payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card or UPI credentials on our own servers.

4. What we don't do

• We don't run behavioural advertising or tracking pixels on this Site.
• We don't sell or rent your personal data to any third party, ever.
• We don't collect data from you beyond what's needed to run the waitlist and, later, fulfil orders.

5. How your data is stored and used

Waitlist and order data is stored on secure infrastructure and used only to notify you about Virasat, process and ship your order, and provide support if you contact us. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the Site, for example, email delivery, order fulfilment, and payment processing, under confidentiality obligations, and never for their own marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including removing yourself from the waitlist. Email helpline@joerwatches.comand we'll act on it within 15 business days.

7. Data retention

We keep waitlist and account data for as long as it's useful to you as a customer, or until you ask us to delete it. Order records are kept for as long as required for warranty, tax, and accounting purposes.

8. Children's privacy

Joer is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as the Site and our data practices evolve, for example, once live checkout and any analytics tooling are added, and will update the "Last updated" date whenever we do.
