Refund Policy

This policy applies to Virasat watches purchased directly from joerwatches.com once orders open. Joining the waitlist is free and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund until you've placed an actual order.

1. Returns

You can return a Virasat watch for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with the box, papers, and any tags intact. This window exists so you can confirm fit and finish in hand; it isn't a trial period for everyday wear.

2. What isn't covered by a return

• Watches showing signs of wear, scratching, or use beyond simple try-on.
• Watches returned without their original box or papers.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

A defect in the movement or functionality is covered separately, and for longer, under Virasat's 1-year warranty, see below rather than the return window.

3. Damaged or wrong item

If your watch arrives damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong edition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at helpline@joerwatches.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping cost to you in this case.

4. How to start a return

Email helpline@joerwatches.comwith your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send pickup or drop-off instructions. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You'll get an email once it's issued. From there, it can take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to reflect it.

6. Warranty claims

For a movement or functionality defect within the 1-year warranty period (excluding physical damage, misuse, or water damage beyond the watch's rated 5 ATM resistance), contact helpline@joerwatches.comand we'll arrange inspection and repair or replacement rather than a refund.
