Every Joer watch carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement and case. The warranty card in your box is your proof of purchase — keep it somewhere safer than the box itself.

Straps, glass and water resistance are covered for six months from delivery, since these wear with regular use. If your watch ever stops feeling right, write to us before you assume the worst.
